The Season of Giving

The holiday season is upon us, leaving most of us scrambling to get those last minute gifts for our friends and love ones.  I love to shop for the perfect something that will give a lasting memory to the person who receives it.  Not everyone, however, shares with me the love of finding the perfect gift.  To those of you who don’t, I have some helpful advice.

First off, keeping organized and starting early will prevent you from going into crisis mode on Christmas Eve, and running to the 7eleven to purchase anything that resembles a gift.  Another helpful tip is to refrain from re-gifting.  I personally think re-gifting should be punishable by law with the consequence of a monetary fine and a class on giving.  I am aware that I don’t speak for everyone, but I would rather receive a holiday hug than a dusty candle that has adorned your nightstand for 10 years.  If money is an issue, think personal and simple.

If you're absolutely stumped on what to buy that special someone, the fabulous team at K Bella Hair Studio & Spa can help.  A gift card from our salon is sure to be a hit!

Christine offers one of the town’s absolute best massages for either relaxation, therapeutic or medical needs.  Massages are the perfect way to let any man or woman know that they deserve something special.  We also offer spray tans performed by none other than Stephanie.  In the winter time, we lose our fabulous sun-kissed look due to the fact that we get about 10 whole hours of sunlight in bitter cold temperatures, for about 6 very long months.  Why not get a safe, UV ray free, tan to make you look like you just came home from a fabulous vacation (don’t lie and tell people you went on vacation because then you have lied, and lying is bad, especially in the season of caring).

Another great option we recommend is perfect for those fussy and unenthusiastic teens (or anyone really!).  Heidi is offering courses on makeup application, which will demonstrate proper application techniques, and help your lovely lady understand the perfect shades for her skin tone and style.  These are only three of the many services that would make a better than a great gift, and make you the hero of gift giving.  Now that I have steered you in the right direction, you cannot fail your mission.

Good Luck, and happy giving!
