Due to our limited openings, we request a 24-hour advance notice in the event of canceling or rescheduling your appointment unless you are sick or have any symptoms that were covered in our agreement. This allows us enough time to fill the opening and schedule another client who is waiting for an appointment. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment will be responsible for a 50% charge of the initial service if we cannot fill your appointment. You will be charged at your next appointment, if this occurs a second time, you will be asked to pre-pay a non-refundable deposit of the service in full.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take clients that are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. No-shows and late clients will be responsible for 100% of the service missed. Please note that payment for a missed appointment will need to be collected before you can reschedule another appointment.

Please understand that our business was closed for 90 days (March 15 - June 15, 2020) and in order for us to open our doors and KEEP them open, we had to make some changes to the way we operate.
